So, I don’t tend to have too much makeup. It’s not something I often buy, and if I do, I only get one or two things every few months, so they take a while to stack up. The only time I get a whole bunch is through the few subscription boxes I get. And I don’t tend to get that many. But, I thought it would be fun to show you guys what I have. Maybe you have the same stuff, or maybe you can give me recommendations. Either way, this should be fun.
Let’s get into it.
I’m going to break this up by category, and tell you their full names as they always crack me up.
Rimmel Fix & Protect Makeup Primer (005)
I tend to pick random primers every time I run out. I don’t really know which is good and which isn’t. I like Rimmel as a brand, so I got this one. Who knows what I’ll get next time.
Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Sponge On Cream Makeup (40 Beige)
This is basically the first foundation I ever used. It’s slowly getting used up. I don’t use it everyday, I prefer my BB cream for that, but if I want more coverage, then I use this.
Garnier’s BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfector (Light)
I started using this last year as I wanted a BB cream. This one is really light and provides good coverage, it doesn’t feel like I’m wearing much makeup (which I always hate). I’ve already used up one of these bottles, and I’m onto the second.
Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Lift and Firm Concealer (Light)
You can probably see that I’ve had this for a while. Like with the foundation, it’s one that I’ve had for a while. I’ve gone through a few bottles of this. The concealer has always been good, and when I like something I tend to stick with it.
Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer (010 Ivory)
I got this a few weeks ago. I’ve been looking for an under eye concealer, and this one came recommended from the person in the department store. I’ve been really happy with it.
Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Colour Radiance Blush (Sunblush 06)
I figured I should add blush to my collection. It sits underneath a lot of other things, and I haven’t really used it. My cheeks tend to get red on their own, so I don’t wear blush much.
Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder – Transparent
Again, another product I heard that you should use. This powder has worked really well for me, it’s light, it doesn’t crack or do anything weird. I’ve had it for a few months now and I have no problem.
Revlon PhotoReady Primer, Shadow and Sparkle (Impressionist 505)
I really like this one. They each feature a primer (the one on the left bottom), three pigmented shadows, and then a shimmer top coat (the one on the right bottom). You guys can see I’ve mostly used the medium brown. I tend to stick with neutral colours for eyeshadows.
Revlon Colorstay 16 Hour Eye Shadow (Decadent)
Again, neutral colours. I tend to use the previous one more though, but I’ve been using this one a bit more often.
L’Oreal High Intensity Pigments Bright Shadow Duo (Roaring 234)
So if you can’t tell by now, I like neutral colours. In this case, browns for eyeshadow. The colour is highly pigmented (as the name suggests), and I love it. Not so fond of the blue though.
ColourPop Cosmetics Pressed Shadow (Come & Get It)
I got this from Marzia’s Summer Favourites Box. I don’t use it too often but it’s very pink, shimmery and pretty. So it stays.
Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Liner (Black)
I used to use a pencil, until I decided to give liquid liners a go. They’re so much easier to use and go on so well.
Blinc Ultrathin Liquid Eyeliner Pen – Black
I got this from Marzia’s Holiday Favourites box. The eyeliner tip is super thin which is so much fun to work with.
Rimmel 24 hours Super Curler (Extreme Black 003)
I decided to get a curling mascara, since you guys know that I often wear glasses. I use it occasionally. But I still prefer some of my other mascaras.
Tarte Tarteist Lash Paint Mascara
I got this from Marzia’s Holiday Favourites Box. I use this one the most. I love the wand and the design of it so much!
Marc Jacobs Beauty Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara
These make your lashes crazy thick, dramatic and full of volume. It’s a more intense look than I want for everyday, but it’s definitely a keeper!
Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick (Bare Affair)
A nude lipstick, obviously. I’ve had this one for a while, it was my go-to before I got the next one.
Clinique Pop Lip Colour (Nude Pop)
I got this from Marzia’s Holiday Favourites Box. I was happy I got a nude colour, and I’ve loved it ever since. It’s my go-to, it’s even the one I wore on my wedding day. It moisturizes my lips and the colour is so sheer!
Syrah Rouge Organic Lipstick
My only non-nude lipstick. I got it from the Beauty Box. It’s a very dark red, I barely use it, but I’m keeping it to try work up the nerve to use it again.
Honest Beauty Truly Kissable Sheer Lipstick Crayon (Chestnut Kiss)
Another nude lipstick, I’m sure you’re all shocked. I don’t use this as much as the Clinique lipstick, as it makes my lips more shiny and a bit more sticky. Still pretty though.
Manicare Artiste Brush (Short Handle Bronzer Blush)
The only brush I actually own. I’ve been meaning to get my hands on some of those Real Techniques brushes as well. But mostly, I prefer to use my fingers when applying makeup.
I’ve had this forever, I can’t remember what brand it was . But it does what I need it to.
Similar to the other, I’ve had this forever, and can’t remember where it originally came from.
Literally all the make up I own. Like I said, not too much. But still it was fun to compile this together. Let me know if we share any products!
